Atiku,Ben Bruce, Fani Kayode, Omokri react to Ayefele’s N800m ‘music house’s demolition

As early as 4am on Sunday, the Oyo state government moved to demolish radio house worth N800m. The building which belonged to popular musician, Yinka Ayefele was said to have contravened the original plan of the state.
However, there have been speculations that the building was demolished because the owner had joined opposition and was talking trash about the ruling All Progressives Congress.
Many Nigerians have come forward to condemn the act, saying it was ‘insensitive’ for government to destroy a place that provided employment to lots of people in the name of constitutionality.
Former vice president Atiku Abubakar, senator Ben Murray Bruce, Femi Fani Kayode and Reno Omokri have also dropped their opimoons on the issue.

Here’s what they had to say

The Lord is the defender of the defenceless, He is the champion of the weak and He provides for the needy. He raises His standard against the oppressor and He is mighty in battle.

Ajimobi will pay a heavy price for his sheer wickedness and unrelenting cruelty to Ayefele.
If Yinka Ayefele had built that radio station in England or America, he would have received an award. He built it in Nigeria to provide jobs and he received bulldozers instead. Yet we say we want investors.

It takes a special brand of wickedness to be an APC member. @SGYemiKale’s NBS announced that 7.9 million Nigerians lost their jobs in 21 months under APC, yet APC’s Ajimobi destroyed the studio of his wheelchair bound critic, Ayefele, that generated jobs for hundreds
