On Tuesday night the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) made a very shocking discovery from one of the topmost elite confectionery company in Lagos.
The popular confectionery, Chocolat Royal, which played host to lots of top figures who are lovers of exotic Ice creams, got sealed completely when it was discovered after a tip off, that the company makes its food products from unregistered, 11 years expired foreign products.

According to The City Reporters, the company imports these fake, unregistered unwholesome food products, stores them illegally in six 40ft cold rooms built on top of sewage (suck away pit) and in front of toilets. About 95% of the food products being used in preparing all the consumables that the confectionery sells in high price were discovered to have been expired since 2004, (11- years ago) and the least 2013, with some them exuding maggots.
When the two illegal cold rooms built just directly the toilet was discovered at the Chocolat Royal headquarters at 267A Etim Iyang Crescent,little did the NAFDAC official know that another shocking one was waiting for them at the resident of the company’s boss, Mr Amin Moussalli situated at N0 1 Karimu Kotun in Victoria Island Lagos.
