PDP Will Take Over From APC In 2019, Senator Boasts

Nigerians have been advised not to give up hope on Peoples Democratic Party as the party will emerge stronger in 2019 election despite the massive lost recorded in the last general election.
This plead was made by Senator Ahmed Aruwa, who also lost in his bid to return to the Senate to a candidate of the All Progressives Congress. He said despite the lost that his party recorded, it will bounce back to power in 2019.
He said: “That APC defeated our party in the 2015 elections in the state and federal levels is not enough grounds to write-off the party.”

Aruwa made this position known shortly after a stakeholders meeting in Kaduna state, saying that the party will continue to be relevant and strong despite its defeat.
Our members are also working assidiously to achieve the established goal of a formidable opposition party,” the senator said.
The PDP stalwart stressed that his party has capable leaders that can give the country the needed purposeful leadership, adding that the ongoing re-engineering currently taking place in the party will ensure that the party returns to power comes 2019.

Aruwa advised party faithful nationwide to work hard for the realisation of this goal as 2019 is just around the corner.
