Despite
all the talk of a possible move away from Old Trafford, Victor Valdes
was included in Manchester United’s premier league squad for the season.
Van Gaal and Victor Valdes had a falling out late last season leading to the goalkeeper set to move and the manager eager to move him on. A last minute change of mind by Besiktas, pulling out of a transfer deal for the former Barcelona goalkeeper confined him to Manchester United for another season as he still has one year on his contract and the transfer window is closed. Voctpr Valdes, who warned Pedro against moving to Manchester United as the Chelsea forward released is yet to reconcile with insufferable manager, Louis Van Gaal but the Spaniard was a surprise inclusion in Manchester United team which also feature new signings Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin and Darmian. Rooney is still the team captain and Victor Valdes national teammate and another want away, David De gea also made the team.

Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw and Memphis Depay were not included in the team but will play as they are all under-21 and don’t need to be registered. James Wilson is also not registered but is eligible to play.
