Super Eagles captain and first choice goal-keeper, Vincent Enyeama, may not be in goal for the national team in Sunday’s all-important Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match away to Tanzania.
The skipper, who as at the time of filing this report, was said to have been in touch with Oliseh over his journey, and is not likely to start in goal for the former African champions.
Vincent Enyeama, Nigeria’s skipper and first choice goalie, may be axed against Tanzania on Sunday

According to the team’s media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, who spoke on Channels Television this morning, Nigerians should worry less about the Lille of France safe hands.
He explained that although the goalie is still being expected, there should be little fears about who mans the goalpost in Dar es salam.
“I don’t want us to worry much about the absence of the Nigerian skipper because the other guys in camp have done well in training.
“Victor Ezenwa and the other goalkeeper in camp are good enough to hold their own for us.

“What is most important is that we have a goalkeeper on Sunday who can secure the three points for us in Tanzania,” he said during a live programme.
Ibitoye also explained that there were no injury worries in the player’s camp as all of them have been participating in training sessions.
The Nigerian team will take on their Tanzanian counterpart on Sunday, September 6, in the second round of matches of the qualifying series, a few months ago.
The match is scheduled to take place in Dar es salam, Tanzania’s capital city.
